Phone cases and covers have a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. GaN chargers, USB-C cables, power banks, and all electronics are not eligible for return but are eligible for replacement within 3 days of delivery for defective or damaged units only, subject to a valid pre-opening unboxing video.

Is an unboxing video required for returns?

Yes. An unboxing video must be recorded before opening the package. This is a strict pre-condition — no return or replacement request will be initiated or processed without it. The video must show the sealed parcel, the unboxing process, and the product as received. Videos recorded after the package is already open will not be accepted.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD order refunds are credited to a bank account provided by the customer.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery with your pre-opening unboxing video and photographs. The unboxing video must have been recorded before the package was opened. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Which court has jurisdiction for disputes?

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

What is Karwan's return policy for phone cases?

Phone cases and covers have a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and a valid pre-opening unboxing video must be submitted before initiating the request.

Can I return a charger or power bank from Karwan?

GaN chargers, USB-C cables, power banks, and all electronics are not eligible for return. However, they are eligible for replacement within 3 days of delivery if found defective or damaged, subject to a valid unboxing video and inspection.

Is an unboxing video required for returns or replacements?

Yes, an unboxing video is mandatory for all return and replacement claims. The video must be recorded BEFORE opening the package, showing the sealed parcel and the unboxing process. It must be submitted before a return or replacement request can be initiated. Claims without a pre-opening unboxing video will be rejected.

How long does a refund take from Karwan?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded to a bank account provided by the customer.

Can I cancel my Karwan order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email customersupport@karwan.in with your order ID. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and the standard return process applies.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product from Karwan?

Is shipping free on Karwan?

How long does Karwan take to deliver?

Delivery timelines from the date of dispatch: Metro and Tier-1 cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 2 to 4 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities — 4 to 7 business days. Remote and Northeast areas — 7 to 12 business days.

Which courier partners does Karwan use?

Karwan ships via Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other carrier networks depending on location and order type. The courier partner is assigned at the time of dispatch.

What happens if my pincode is not serviceable?

It is the customer's responsibility to verify pincode serviceability before placing an order. Karwan bears no responsibility for non-delivery to unserviceable pincodes. For prepaid orders, a refund is initiated after deducting any shipping charges incurred. COD orders are cancelled with no refund.

What if I provide a wrong address?

Karwan bears no responsibility for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. For prepaid orders returned due to wrong address, a refund is processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges. COD orders are cancelled with no refund.

What if my Karwan order is lost in transit?

If there is no delivery scan or tracking update for more than 10 business days after dispatch, contact customersupport@karwan.in. Karwan will investigate with the courier partner and resolve within 7 to 10 business days via replacement or refund.
