  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or technical errors
2. Orders & Payment
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other available methods
  • Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days

5. Warranty
  • Phone cases: No warranty against regular wear and tear
  • Chargers & cables: 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects
  • Gadgets & power banks: 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse
  • To claim warranty, contact us with order details and supporting proof
6. Intellectual Property

All content on karwan.in, including logos, product images, and designs, is the property of K Styles India Private Limited. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Karwan shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
