🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  • Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Our team will review and approve within 24–48 hours
  • Returns without approval will not be accepted

  • Request within 7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase required

Tempered Glass

  • Not eligible for return
  • Exchange only if damaged/wrong item
🚚 Return Shipping
  • Customer bears return shipping cost (unless pickup arranged)
  • Use trackable courier service
  • We are not responsible for lost returns
💰 Refund Process
  • Inspection confirmation via email
  • Refund processed within 7–10 business days
  • Credited to original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
❌ Non-Returnable Items
  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Returns due to change of mind
  • Unapproved returns
  • Tempered glass (unless damaged/wrong)
