Your satisfaction is our priority. We’ve made returns, exchanges, and warranties simple and transparent for you.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Visit our Return Portal: https://karwan.returnsdrive.com/

  • Fill in your order details, select the reason for return, and upload supporting images if needed.

  • Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps.

Note: Returns without approval through the portal will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Gadgets and Tempered Glass Policy

  • Gadgets and tempered glass are not eligible for return.

  • Exchange is possible only in case of:

    • Damaged product received

    • Wrong product delivered

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims.

  • Gadgets come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless pickup is arranged by Karwan.

  • It is recommended to use a trackable courier service for safe delivery.

Refund Process

  • After successful inspection of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged items not caused during delivery.

  • Returns due to change of mind or personal dislike.

  • Products returned without an approved return request.

Important Points

  • Initiate return within 2 days of delivery and complete it within 3 days.

  • Refunds are subject to successful inspection.

  • Replacement (exchange) will be processed only after receiving the original item.

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims and warranty claims.
