Karwan – Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We've designed our return, exchange, and warranty process to be simple, fair, and transparent.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, visit our Return Portal at https://karwan.returnsdrive.com.
Enter your order details, select the reason for return, and upload any supporting images if necessary.
Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Returns made without prior approval through the portal will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • You must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Product-Specific Policies

Phone Cases
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged phone case from us.

Gadgets and Tempered Glass

  • These items are not eligible for return.

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.

  • All gadgets include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless a pickup is arranged by Karwan.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

Refund Process

  • Once we inspect and approve the returned product, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Bank Transfer).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Returns due to personal preferences or change of mind.

  • Products sent back without an approved return request.

  • Phone cases, except when wrong or damaged products are received.

Important Points

  • Return must be initiated within 2 days of delivery and completed within 3 days.

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval.

  • Exchanges are processed only after we receive the original product.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damaged or incorrect items, as well as warranty claims.
