- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.

 3. Return Shipping & Pickup  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.  
- Once the return is approved, it will take 7-12 days for pickup of the order.  
- If a pickup cannot be arranged at your location, we will process the refund within 10-12 days after return approval.

 4. Refund Process  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed as follows:  

 Refund Eligibility  
- If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days.  
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI).  

 Refund Timelines  
- Return Pickup: 7-12 days after return approval.  
- Return Processing: 3-7 days after the return is received.  
- Refund Processing: 10-15 business days after approval.  
- The refund may take additional time to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

 5. Non-Returnable Items  

  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return.

  • Custom or personalized cases cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Tempered glass products are non-replaceable and non-returnable.

  • Unboxing video is must for any type of claim for tempered glass, stylus pen or charger.
