Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our products

Does a rugged dual-layer phone case really provide effective protection against accidental drops and daily impacts?

Yes, a rugged dual-layer phone case is specifically designed to absorb and disperse impact during accidental drops. The inner shock-absorbing TPU layer cushions the phone, while the hard outer shell adds structural strength. This combination helps reduce the risk of internal and external damage during everyday bumps and falls.

How important is military-grade drop protection in a phone case for everyday use?

Military-grade drop protection means the case has been tested to withstand repeated drops from significant heights. For daily use, this level of protection adds extra peace of mind, especially if you frequently carry your phone outdoors, travel often, or have an active lifestyle. It ensures stronger durability compared to standard slim cases.

Do raised bezels actually help protect the screen and camera from scratches and cracks?

Yes, raised bezels create a slight elevation around the screen and camera area. This prevents direct contact with flat surfaces when the phone is placed face down or laid on its back. As a result, the risk of scratches, cracks, and lens damage is significantly reduced during everyday use.

Can a heavy-duty protective phone case offer strong grip and comfort without feeling too bulky?

A well-designed heavy-duty phone case can provide strong grip and protection without excessive bulk. Textured surfaces and reinforced corners improve handling and reduce slips, while a balanced design ensures the case remains comfortable to hold and carry daily.
